Another beautiful day in Chiapas Mexico…Morales
Proud men riding horses,
Young boys playing basketball,
Mothers holding their babies tightly to their chest,
Young children running, playing, and watching us with suspicion,
Older men on unsteady ladders,
Tying tarps to shield us from the hot sun,
Old men conversing in a native dialect with jokes, laughter, and handshakes.
What a grand day it was!

We were greeted by a crowd of people patiently waiting to be seen by our group.
Our nurses Colette and Sherry starting the check in process.
One of the nuns from the convent in Coapilla came along to help with the checkin process.
Our local volunteers had the clinic set up and ready to go. Exam rooms ready and waiting for providers, interpreters and patients.
